Privacy Policy

Who we are

Alchemy QM is a contact centre quality management platform currently in development. You can reach us at hello@alchemyqm.com.

What we collect

This landing page collects two types of information:

• Analytics data — when you visit the site, we record basic information about your visit (pages viewed, approximate location at country level, browser type, referring URL) using Matomo, a self-hosted analytics tool. See the Analytics section below for details on how this is anonymized.
• Contact form submissions — if you fill out the early-access or contact form, we collect your name, email address, company name, team size, and any message you include. This is transmitted via Formspree to hello@alchemyqm.com. We use it only to respond to your inquiry and to notify you when the product launches, if you request that.

We do not collect payment information, create user accounts, or store any data on this landing page beyond the above.

Analytics (Matomo — cookieless)

We use Matomo, a self-hosted, open-source analytics platform. Our configuration is privacy-first:

• No cookies are set. Matomo runs in cookieless mode — no tracking cookies are placed on your device.
• IP addresses are anonymized. The last two octets of your IP address are removed before any data is stored. We never see or store your full IP address.
• Do Not Track is honored. If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, Matomo will not record your visit.
• Data stays with us. Matomo is self-hosted on our own server. Your analytics data is never sent to Google, Facebook, or any third-party analytics provider.
• No cross-site tracking. We do not use any advertising pixels, fingerprinting libraries, or cross-site tracking technologies.

Cookies

This landing page sets no tracking or analytics cookies. Your browser may receive a short-lived session cookie if you submit the contact form (set by Formspree to prevent duplicate submissions); this is strictly functional and expires when you close your browser.

How we use your information

• Analytics data is used to understand how many people visit the site and which sections are most viewed, so we can improve it.
• Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your inquiry and, with your agreement, to notify you at launch.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
• We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.

Data retention

• Analytics data is retained for 24 months, then automatically purged by Matomo.
• Contact form submissions are retained in our email inbox until you ask us to delete them, or for up to 2 years if you have indicated interest in the product launch.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Ask what personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt out of any future communications

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Third-party services

This landing page uses two third-party services:

• Formspree (formspree.io) — processes contact form submissions. Subject to Formspree's privacy policy.
• Bunny Fonts (bunny.net/fonts) — serves the Inter typeface. EU-hosted, GDPR-compliant alternative to Google Fonts. No IP logging per Bunny's privacy policy.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review it periodically. This policy will be replaced by a fuller product privacy policy when Alchemy QM launches.
